You agree that SiteAuthor, LLC in it's sole discretion, may terminate your account or use of the SiteAuthor, LLC Service if SiteAuthor, LLC believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms and Conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of your membership DOES NOT disable your website immediately. SiteAuthor LLC, does not offer a refund of the prepaid current monthly billing cycle fees. Once closed, your membership will remain active until the first day of your next billing cycle. On the first day of your next billing cycle your membership will become inactive, your website will be taken down, and your account will be cancelled.
TO CANCEL:
To cancel your membership, you may:
- Log into the Member Area and cancel your membership online.
- Send us an e-mail clearly stating: 1) your member name, 2) your password 3) the URL for cancellation at cancel@siteauthor.com. We will close your membership within 2-3 working days and send you an email confirming your cancellation.
- Call us, toll free, at 1-877-869-8084. We will close your membership within 7 working days.
REFUNDS:
Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly hosting fees are refundable on 6-month and 12-month contract purchases. Refunds on monthly hosting fees are based on the first date of your next billing cycle through contract end. SiteAuthor LLC, processes all refunds due within (30) days from the initial cancellation of your account.
In the event that we are unable to process a refund for the credit card on file, SiteAuthor LLC, will contact you through email to correct the problem. SiteAuthor LLC, will continue to process the refund for (30) days from date of cancellation, after which point we will suspend all attempts on refunds until the customer contacts customer service to re-initiate the refund process and correct the original problem.
